There may be some variation depending upon initial keypresses, choices, etc. where the corruption is minimized. After all, someone is going to spend many hours playing the game. Since it takes just a few minutes to do another download, it seems best to just do the download and avoid doubt about some glitch bombing the adventure later on. Rubywand
