Anyway >if someone could help I'd appreciate it. Salesmen generally tell you what you want to hear, and not necessarily the truth. What you really needed was a IIgs to Imagewriter I cable. Of course you need to find a Mac Plus (and higher) to Imagewriter I cable, same thing. If you already have the cable, get a Null Modem adapter for it, and try that.
