The file power_bots.dsk.gz is a compressed disk image. Use WinZIP to uncompress the file to obtain the actual .dsk virtual disk file. An emulator like AppleWin can be used to run the game. (Or, the .dsk file can be transferred back to diskette form and run on a real Apple II.)
