Please read the following email on this from to games author - as sent to Kelly. ------------------------------------------------------------------ Received: from DMullich@aol.com by imo-d05.mx.aol.com (mail_out_v27.12.) id b.4c.920202a (9251) for ; Thu, 3 Aug 2000 01:21:00 -0400 (EDT) From: DMullich@aol.com Message-ID: <4c.920202a.26ba5b3b@aol.com> Date: Thu, 3 Aug 2000 01:20:59 EDT Subject: Re: Empire To: kelly.petriew@sask1.com MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset="US-ASCII" Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit X-Mailer: AOL 3.0 for Windows 95 sub 49 Kelly, Yes, I would consider the Empire games to be in the public domain -- after all, they were published about 20 years ago, and the original copyright holder, EduWare Services, no longer exists. Unfortunately, I don't know where to get copies off of the Internet, and I don't know how to put them on the internet myself. People do ask me for copies of my old games from time to time, but I don't have the time these days to find ways of getting it to them individually. Anyway, thanks for you inquiry and for visiting my web site. -- David Mullich ------------------------------------------------------------------ Special thanks to Kelly for bring this to my attention and to the author David Mullich for placing the A2 game titles into the public domain. Forthose of you that wish to varify this - you have the info for such noted above. Cheers, Tom
