Hmm.  Perhaps a the creation of comp.sys.apple2.moderated is the
solution?  Only "technical" posts and posts directly related to the
operation of the machine, it's peripherals and it's software.  No
"politically motivated" (aka Vogons vs Turlettes) posts, no posts
"advertising" the sites / availability of software, etc.
