The Tarnover Apple II Repository is back online for the
moment.  I don't know how long it will be up, but for now
the FTP portion of the site can be reached via anonymous ftp
at:

ftp://tarnover.dyndns.org  

If you have any difficulties, try:

ftp://24.1.15.2 
 
The site is now hosted on a dedicated cable modem, so
transfer speeds should be better than before.  Again, I
don't know for how long the site will be up.

The web site is back up as well.
