EthernetTwo "ET" card for Apple2 by Babar de Saint Cyr.

This archive includes:

ET card is built around  CS8900A Ethernet controler (http://www.crystal.com).
Since this chip and peripheral componants are very hard to find in France
I used a kit sold by Gary (http://www.vermontlife.com/gary/crystal.html).
Cost is $60 for a kit and $120 for a full assembled and tested module.
It took me two hours to mount kit. Beginners MUST choose assembled module ;-)
Then I used a prototype Apple2 card to install kit , 74245 and 74139.
Worked at first time!


To do:

a GSOS driver (including ARP management)
interrupt management
an hardware enhancement to follow Apple IRQ chain management
an hardware enhancement to bufferize address bus
