This option allows you to play your sample through the use of a simulated screen keyboard that let's you use your computer keyboard as if it was a one octave piano. You can record samples with this menu and then play them back over a range of 5 octaves. The big difference is that you must return to the PLAY toggle before you can play back a sample.

This option also allows you to control the DDS with an external keyboard of the PASSPORT or SYNTARI type. If you have one of these keyboards then you will know how to set it up .

Pressing note F ( computer keyboard Y ) with a record rate of 10 in octave 4, note 1 will pLay the recorded sample in it's original pitch.
