Patch for No-Slot-Clock that will allow it to work with PRODOS v2.01. 
While SMT does have a new system file that executes upon boot which
works with all versions of PRODOS, I have found it does not work with a
ZIP Chip installed unless the Zip is set at 1 mhz (ug!) when booting
form a hard drive. This patch will modify the original SMT install
program to handle PRODOS v2.01 and earlier versions.  Please see the
