This program is a pre-view of a PSE (ProTerm Special Emulation)
viewer/editor/compiler that I plan to work on and off during my Fall semester.

Program displays any file (not discriminate) but will display the file as if
there are Proterm Special Emulation codes imbedded within the file.  Program has
an optional Info Bar, like ProTERM, and can even be used as an alternative to
the type command.

Documents are included.  Docs included both instructions and installation
procedures.

Program tested with Orca shell.

For fun, view non-standard files, like system files, or data files and see what
happens.
