Thanks to the people on CompuServe, and > I hope the uploads I've put up there recently in some way reciprocate. .... The current version of GS-ShrinkIt on a shrinked 800k disk has been uploaded to several archives. It can currently be downloaded from Dr. Tom's USA2WUG site at this URL ... http://www.grin.net/~cturley/USA2WUG/Utilities/ . The file to download is named "GSUTILSsdk.bin". (The .bin suffix makes it possible to get a good download from the http site.) After downloading, you can change the file name to "GSUTILS.sdk". On your IIgs, 8-bit ShrinkIt should be able to unshrink the file to an 800k diskette or 800k RAM disk. You can copy GS-ShrinkIt from the disk or boot the disk-- it boots a bare bones Sys 6.0.1 and starts GS-ShrinkIt. There are a few other utilities (ZLINK and ASIMOV are in .shk files) on the disk, too. Rubywand
