No. Your local Apple store people will, most likely, not know what an "Apple IIe" is. You may be able to find a replacement Apple II power supply in the Jameco catalog. These do tend to be grossly over-priced, though. (For instance, you can probably buy a used IIe with drives and a good 117VAC power supply for less than the cost of a new replacement power supply.) The Buggie Power Supply route suggested by Robert will solve your problem for a reasonable cost. These are PC-type power supplies with plenty of juice and a good track record. The one drawback is that they are external; so, you need to find a place for the power supply box. Another route is to get a good surplus power supply which fits your IIe from Jameco or Marlin P. Jones (MPJA). The drawback here is the work of mounting the new power supply, mounting the ON/OFF switch, etc..
