Here's the Docs for Mazer II. 
Not copied from the manual, just what I've figured
out (should be enough to play the game)

To navigate the Maze, use the Mouse. Push the mouse 

AWAY from you to go FORWARD
Towards you to go Backwards
Right to	SPIN RIght
Left to	SPIN left

To change energy beams:
HOLD command and HOLD MOUSE BUTTON.

While holding those 2 buttons, move the mouse around and notice the different
words that appear at the bottom of the screen. The word that appears at the
bottom is the ENERGY BEAM TYPE. 

The diagram below shows how to switch between the different types of energy
beams.

If you move the mouse to the RIGHT when CRT is the ENERGY BEAM TYPE, DST will be
selected.

If you move the mouse TOWARDS YOU when DST is the ENERGY BEAM TYPE, NEG will be
selected.

To the sides of the GAME VIEW window, there are power bars that show how much
energy you have to SHOOT ENERGY BEAMS.
