HTML Tagwriter 2.2 would be one of several stacks (I can't remember names
of others) but you should find several examples on Info-Mac archives. Some
are in the dev/card directory and others are archived in the text
directory.
Quickest way to find them would be to go to :
http://hyperarchive.lcs.mit.edu/HyperArchive/Abstracts/Recent-Summary.html
and use their excellent search to look for "HTML"
